Topping Up Credits

Overview

Credits are the currency used to access premium apps and tools on Guidesify. Each app consumes a different number of credits per use. Top up your account when you're running low to continue using your favourite tools.

Checking Your Credit Balance

To view your current credit balance:

  1. Log in to your Guidesify account
  2. Look at the top right corner of the page, within the navigation bar
  3. Your current credit balance is displayed there

Topping Up

When your credits are running low:

  1. Click on your credit balance in the navigation bar
  2. You will be redirected to the top-up page
  3. Select the amount of credits you would like to purchase
  4. Choose a payment method (PayNow, card, etc.)
  5. Complete the payment
  6. Credits will be added to your account shortly after payment confirmation

Viewing Credit History

To check your credit expenditure history:

  1. Click the "Show Menu" button (three horizontal lines) in the navigation bar
  2. Select "Profile" from the menu
  3. Scroll down to the credits log section
  4. Here you can see:
  5. How many credits were spent
  6. Which app the credits were used on
  7. Date and time of each transaction
