Overview
Storefront mode creates a public-facing online store where customers can browse products, read descriptions, add to cart, and checkout — just like any modern e-commerce site.
Shopping Experience
Browsing
- Category navigation — Products organized by categories
- Search — Full-text search across products
- Filters — Sort by price, popularity, newest
- Product pages — Images, descriptions, pricing, variants
Cart & Checkout
- Real-time cart — Updates as customers add/remove items
- Guest checkout — No account required to purchase
- Saved carts — Returning customers can resume carts
- Multiple payment options:
- Credit/debit card (Stripe)
- PayNow QR
- GrabPay
Order Management
- Order confirmation — Email receipt after purchase
- Order tracking — Status updates via email and dashboard
- Self-collection — Option for in-store pickup
Customization
Look & Feel
- Logo and branding — Your logo, colors, and fonts
- Banner images — Featured promotions and announcements
- Layout options — Grid or list product views
Custom Domain
Connect your own domain to the storefront:
- Go to Store Settings in your Dashboard
- Enter your custom domain (e.g.,
shop.yourbusiness.com) - Update your DNS records to point to Basket
- Wait for SSL certificate provisioning
SSL Certificate
SSL certificates are automatically provisioned via Cloudflare. Allow up to 5 minutes after DNS update.

Storefront can be linked from:
- Your business website
- Social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook)
- QR codes on marketing materials
- Email newsletters and campaigns
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |

| Store not loading | Check if store is set to active in Dashboard |
| Payment failures | Verify Stripe account is connected and active |

| Custom domain not working | Verify DNS records and allow time for SSL provisioning |
