Full Control Over Your Store

The Basket Dashboard gives you complete control over products, orders, customers, and analytics.


Dashboard Overview

The merchant dashboard provides access to:

Section Purpose
Dashboard Sales overview, recent orders, key metrics
Products Add, edit, and manage product listings
Orders View and fulfill customer orders
Customers Customer database and purchase history
Analytics Sales reports, traffic data, conversion rates
Settings Store configuration, payments, shipping

Managing Products

Adding a Product

  1. Navigate to Products in the Dashboard
  2. Click Add Product
  3. Fill in:
  4. Name and description
  5. Price (in SGD)
  6. Images (upload from device)
  7. Category and tags
  8. Stock quantity
  9. Variants (size, color, etc. — optional)
  10. Set as active or draft
  11. Click Save

Product Variants

Create product variants for items with options:

  • Size: S, M, L, XL
  • Color: Red, Blue, Green
  • Custom: Any option combination

Each variant can have its own: - Price (or inherit base price) - Stock count - SKU


Order Management

Viewing Orders

Orders appear in the Orders section with status:

Status Description
Pending Payment received, awaiting fulfillment
Processing Being packed/prepared
Shipped Dispatched to customer
Delivered Customer confirmed receipt
Cancelled Order voided/refunded

Fulfilling Orders

  1. Open an order from the Orders list
  2. Review items and customer details
  3. Mark as Processing when you start fulfilling
  4. Mark as Shipped with tracking number (optional)
  5. Customer receives automatic status updates

Refunds

Process refunds directly through the Dashboard:

  1. Open the order
  2. Click Refund
  3. Select items to refund (full or partial)
  4. Refund is processed via Stripe automatically

Analytics

Available Reports

  • Sales overview — Daily, weekly, monthly revenue
  • Top products — Best-selling items
  • Order trends — Order volume over time
  • Customer insights — Repeat purchase rate, average order value
  • Traffic sources — Where customers are coming from

Coupons & Promotions

Create discount codes to drive sales:

  1. Navigate to Promotions in Dashboard
  2. Click New Coupon
  3. Configure:
  4. Code — Customer-facing discount code
  5. Type — Percentage or fixed amount
  6. Value — Discount amount
  7. Minimum order — Minimum cart value
  8. Usage limit — Max redemptions
  9. Expiry date — When the coupon expires
  10. Click Save

Shipping Configuration

Setting Up Zones

  1. Go to Settings → Shipping
  2. Add shipping zones (e.g., Singapore, International)
  3. Set rates:
  4. Flat rate per order
  5. Weight-based pricing
  6. Free shipping thresholds
  7. Configure self-collection option if applicable

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Product not appearing in store Check product is set to active and has stock
Orders not coming through Verify payment gateway and webhook configuration
Analytics not updating Data refreshes every 15 minutes
Cannot create coupons Check coupon usage limits and expiry dates
