Getting Started with Basket

Launch Your Online Store

Get your Basket store up and running in minutes.

Prerequisites

  • A Guidesify account with sufficient credits
  • Business details (company name, UEN if applicable)
  • Products ready to list
  • Payment gateway access (Stripe account for card payments)

Creating Your Store

  1. Log in to your Guidesify account
  2. Navigate to Basket from the apps menu
  3. Click Create Store
  4. Enter your store details:
  5. Store name — Your brand or business name
  6. Store URL — Choose a subdomain or connect a custom domain
  7. Contact information — Email, phone, address
  8. Configure payment methods:
  9. Stripe (credit/debit cards)
  10. PayNow QR
  11. GrabPay
  12. Set up shipping options:
  13. Delivery zones and rates
  14. Self-collection options
  15. Launch your store

Store Modes

After creating your store, you can enable one or all modes:

Mode Description Setup Time
Kiosk Self-service terminal for in-store use 10 minutes
Storefront Online store for customers 15 minutes
Dashboard Merchant admin for managing operations 5 minutes

Start with Dashboard

Set up your products and inventory in the Dashboard first, then enable Kiosk or Storefront.
